Introduction to gold panning process

The gold panning process is an important part of the entire gold panning process, and the techniques used in each country and region are different.

Today we introduce one, compared to the traditional and old-fashioned Brazilian gold panning process:

1. First of all, mineral materials and water are required, and sufficient water can be obtained through the combination of oil recovery generator and water pump.
2. At the entrance of the mineral material, use a water gun to wash the mineral material, and the flowing water drives the mineral material into the sand making machine. The sand making machine has an independent power system of an oil recovery generator, and the hammer head is driven by the crankshaft to grind the mineral material;
3. Secondly, after being fully ground, it enters the sieve step with running water. Before sieving gold, it is necessary to prepare filter tanks, gold pads, copper plates, mercury and other tools and consumables in advance;
4. After the mixture of water and mineral material enters the filter tank, it is divideinto 5 steps to flush and sieve. During this period, water needs to be flushed through PP pipes to increase the water flow rate;
5. Finally, in the step of flushing and sieving, we collect the mercury wrapping on the surface of the copper plate and the wrapping of the gold panning pad, as well as the mixture of the mine and gold left on the step, and refine it to obtain the gold we need.
